We list on AirBNB, VRBO, Booking.com, as well as our direct site. We also have a Facebook group with over 30k subscribers.

We use a local professional photographer to take standard listing photos. Drone and video or reels are additional and can be booked directly through the photographer.

We have a quality control team who checks after each clean if the property is cleaned and guest ready. They also report any damages and document anything that has to be replaced.

We use a service and the fee is built into the guest fees. Owners buy their linens so if they ever change plan from using us, they keep all that they paid for. No yearly replenishment fees either.

We use various automations. We are Proud to partner with Happy Guest who supplies the guest with their guest portal and options for early checkin plus other amenities.

Case by case basis. Most people want to be heard and we trust but verify every complaint.

They are notified within a reasonable time frame. They should buy travel insurance if they expect a refund due to weather like hurricanes. Again, case by case basis.

We have an emergency team in place. They pull in all furniture and barricade the property as much as possible if we are in direct line of the storm. If there is severe weather, we go out the day before to prep the property.

We help document so the owner can file with their insurance carrier. Then we can help with project management.

Our quality control team follows the housekeeping. Once housekeeping gets there they have to take before and after photos. Then the QC team follows.
